By accessing or using Gemini Gem Center ("the Platform"), operated by Axis Radius Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Gemini Gem Center is a community-driven platform for discovering, sharing, and creating structured AI prompt objects ("Gems") designed for use with Google's Gemini and other AI systems. The Platform is currently in development and many features are in preview or coming soon.

Important: This platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User-Generated Content

When you upload or create Gems on the Platform:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Gems on the Platform
  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to share your content
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
  • Use the Platform for spamming, phishing, or distributing malware
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Platform without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and original content (excluding user-generated Gems), is owned by Axis Radius Technologies LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Trademarks

Brand names and logos displayed on the Platform (including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these marks does not imply endorsement. We comply with all brand usage guidelines and official trademark policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, reliability, or quality of Gems
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That the Platform will meet your specific requirements
  • The results obtained from using any Gem with AI systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axis Radius Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Platform or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Axis Radius Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
